Report Concerns
A staging WordPress experience for a concerns-reporting service, designed to make sensitive information and next steps feel clear and approachable.
Engineering decisions behind Report Concerns.
Interfaces, application logic and production experience move together—not as isolated layers.
What I worked on.
I worked on the custom WordPress theme, project-specific functionality and reusable SiteOrigin, Gutenberg and Elementor components. Because the subject is sensitive, the interface work focuses on trust, readable guidance and a direct route for people who need to understand or raise a concern.
A structured WordPress staging experience prepared for review, content refinement and production release.
What the project includes.
- Clear explanation of the reporting service
- Structured guidance for sensitive user journeys
- Trust, privacy and process content
- Reusable editor sections and project-specific functionality
- Responsive, accessible content presentation
- Staging environment for review and iteration
How the work was approached.
- 01
Used plain, calm language and a restrained interface so the experience would not add friction to a sensitive task.
- 02
Made process and privacy information easy to scan before asking users to take action.
- 03
Built reusable content blocks so the organisation could refine guidance during staging without breaking the visual hierarchy.
